This includes managing system requirements, evaluating cutting-edge technologies, design, development, integration, quality assurance, implementation, and maintenance of corporate revenue applications.
The candidate will work as Full鈥慡tack Developer & GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications enhanced with modern Generative AI capabilities. This role requires strong full鈥憇tack engineering expertise along with deep, hands鈥憃n experience in LLM frameworks, orchestration tools, prompt engineering, and agent-based architectures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance business function. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain full鈥憇tack applications using a range of front鈥慹nd and back鈥慹nd technologies.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including version control, build processes, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Apply at least 2+ years of hands鈥憃n experience in Generative AI, including LLM model development, fine鈥憈uning, prompt engineering, evaluation workflows, and GenAI ecosystem tools.
- Design and implement LLM鈥憄owered applications, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Own the end鈥憈o鈥慹nd lifecycle of AI features鈥攆rom concept, design, and architecture to deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Integrate AI components and agents with internal/external APIs, business systems, and data sources.
- Develop GenAI workflows such as retrieval pipelines, RAG systems, orchestration graphs, and agent-based architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices for building AI鈥慹nabled applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs), and independently drive solution delivery in an agile environment.
- Write and maintain automated test cases (e.g., JUnit) to ensure application quality and stability.
- Support, optimize, and enhance applications after deployment.
- Build systems with high scalability, resiliency, observability, and strong monitoring practices.
- Work with limited direction in complex environments, consistently meeting service levels and delivery commitments.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with team members, business partners, and technology stakeholders through collaboration, communication, and accountability.
