- Provide advice with respect to privacy and data protection related issues
- Provide advice on regulatory issues including the Retail Payments Activities Act, the Code of Conduct for the Payment Card Industry in Canada and regulatory regimes affecting Visa鈥檚 Canadian clients (e.g. the Bank Act, OSFI guidelines, etc.)
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex commercial contracts and other legally binding documents
- Provide advice and counsel in the interpretation and enforcement of contracts.
- Support regulatory compliance and Visa鈥檚 relationship with the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC) and the Bank of Canada.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
