We're looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack (Node + React) Lead Developer to join our growing engineering team in Ia葯i, Romania. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable full-stack web applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence across our organization. You will be responsible for architecting solutions, making critical technical decisions, and ensuring code quality and best practices are maintained throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead the design and architecture of full-stack applications using Node.js and React, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and database optimization
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React, following modern frontend development practices
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to foster team growth
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development processes within the team
- Analyze technical requirements and propose innovative solutions that balance business needs with technical feasibility
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy decisions
- Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for improved efficiency
- Manage version control workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
