ABOUT THE ROLE
Customer Success Insight teams at NIQ act as strategic partners to our clients, helping them respond faster to changing market dynamics. We work across FMCG and Tech & Durables industries, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support category strategies and business decisions critical to our clients' success.
We are looking for a motivated Insight Analyst to join our Western Europe Insights Center of Excellence - a team supporting some of the largest global and regional clients. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients in the Western Europe markets, helping them make better strategic decisions based on research, sales, and ecommerce digital shelf data.
In this role, analytical expertise goes hand-in-hand with operational rigor. You will support insight generation and contribute to creating clear, impactful presentations and analyses for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Insight Leadership
Develop a strong understanding of selected categories and industries
Work with complex datasets (including ecommerce shelf and retail measurement data) to ensure accuracy and generate insights
Identify trends and patterns and provide clear insights to support client decisions
Develop fact-based answers to business questions and contribute to providing forward-looking perspectives
Create compelling market presentations with clear storytelling adapted to technical and non-technical audiences
Client Engagement and Collaboration
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to shape category strategies and guide decision-making
Support consultants, commercial teams, and other team members on client presentations, meetings, and strategic initiatives
Contribution to NIQ
Participate in internal projects and share best practices
Bring curiosity, accountability, and business acumen to both client and internal initiatives

REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field
1,5-2 years of experience in Retail, Market Research, Consulting, Product Management, or a similar analytical role
Experience with NielsenIQ and/or GfK data and systems is an asset
Fluent communication in English - verbal and written (at least C1)
Very good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver projects on time
Strong interpersonal skills and ease of working in a multicultural and virtual setting
