Job Description
Drive business development activities to identify new revenue opportunities within existing and new clients.
Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and proactive opportunity spotting.
Support cross-selling by identifying client needs and introducing relevant solutions and services.
Monitor competitive activity within assigned accounts and share key insights internally.
Manage commercial activities for Sales Force Activation solutions, ensuring effective delivery to clients.
Prepare client performance updates and support regional reporting requirements.
Support revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and pricing processes.
Track financial performance and highlight risks or improvement areas.
Execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Gather client feedback and contribute to product improvement discussions.
Assist with pricing proposals and commercial approaches for new or enhanced solutions.
Communicate product updates and value propositions to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and commercial initiatives.
Contribute to team projects and process improvement efforts.
