Role Overview:
The M4 Senior Manager for Marketing Benelux is responsible for driving regional marketing strategy and execution across Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, ensuring alignment with the North marketing strategy while delivering impactful programmes that accelerate pipeline and growth. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, balancing scale with local market relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regional Strategy & GTM Alignment:
- Define and implement the Benelux marketing strategy in alignment with North regional priorities and global objectives.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing plans support go-to-market strategies and revenue targets.
- Programme Execution & Local Impact:
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns and events (online and physical) that drive pipeline acceleration and adoption.
- Ensure programmes are scalable across Benelux while maintaining cultural and market-specific relevance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with sales, partners, and cross-functional marketing teams across Benelux.
- Act as the advocate for Benelux needs within the broader EMEA marketing organisation.
- Regional Alignment & Advocacy:
- Align closely with North marketing strategy and secure resources and support for Benelux initiatives.
- Represent Benelux priorities in regional planning forums and influence decision-making at senior levels.
- Budget Management:
- Own and manage the Benelux marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and compliance with financial guidelines.
- Monitor spend effectiveness and report on ROI for all major initiatives.
