The Call Center Associate position is responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to the client, following program guidelines and call center standards.
General Job Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service over the phone to vehicle owners according to customer package.
- Assists customers located in the North America and Latin America Region.
- Provides support to clients in topics related to: Roadside Assistance such as flat tires, battery issues, out of fuel, cars overheating, coordinate tow trucks and pick up service, etc.
- Coordinates with service providers applicable solution to customer’s request.
- Offers multiple solutions to different customers’ requests such as Uber, Rental Car, Hotel, etc.
- Exhibits high level of professionalism in interactions with colleagues, Team Leads, Operations Managers, etc.
- Perform other functions related to the position.
