About the Team:
The Manager, Software Engineering Management with the HR Engineering organization supports ServiceNow鈥檚 HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product suite. This team focuses on building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that streamline HR workflows, including case management, employee document handling, lifecycle events, Growth and hiring experiences. Their work ensures seamless integration with the broader ServiceNow platform, enabling organizations to deliver efficient and personalized HR services. The team collaborates closely with product management to drive innovation and maintain high standards of reliability and performance for global enterprise customers.

- Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems by fostering collaboration and applying structured decision-making.
- Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhance and maintain a best-of-class engineering and quality team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities, communicate issues, and utilize best practices.
