Detective Controller for Sales Processes -Fixed-Term- f/m

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Detective Controller for Sales Processes” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

• Responsible for the performance and quality of the mitigation for sales processes (called : Detective controls) for thermo technology business unit.

Main activities during performance of Detective Controls are:

• Quality check of base process based on audit documentation.
• Detection and reporting of errors to the responsible persons and initiation of corrective actions.
• Creation and regular revision of working instructions for assigned customer.
• Propose improvements for the process of detective controls.
• Reporting of KPI’s.
