Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst & Project Manager will be responsible for optimizing supply chain operations, analyzing logistics data, and leading strategic projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the Asia Pacific region. This role requires a blend of analytical expertise, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the regional end-to-end value chain, Logistics Market, Competitors Logistics Benchmarking etc. to Identify PT Logistics potentials & strategic focus (inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities) for cost reduction while maintaining customer service quality.
- Drive Supply Chain initiatives and improvements (incl. SC resilience and sustainability topics etc.), responsible for the overall Program Management and Overarching Topics in the Region (incl. collaboration with GS & other GBs).
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects across the region, ensuring alignment with global supply chain strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Source, Make & Deliver areas, incl. IT and finance etc.) to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement regional supply chain solutions, including network design and optimization, explore and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and resilience.
- Monitor projects performance using KPIs, provide regular updates to senior leadership, and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with global counterparts to standardize processes while adapting to regional market dynamics.
- Drive sustainability and compliance initiatives in line with corporate policies and local regulations.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
