- Lead new test bench set up and commissioning w/ Suppliers/TEF/QMM and etc.
- Lead testing technology SE from manufacturing side.
- Test program set up for new platform/variants/types.
- Support sample production test program.
- Support engineering experiments.
- Support GA engineer and GA team for internal failure analysis.
- Testing machines release.
- Support planning engineer for process-FMEA creation and maintenance with testing technology input.
- Plan and implementation of control system in 2 lines to ensure testing level within control limit.
- Stability parts mean value definition and measurement.
- Support planner for shopfloor stability parts mean value definition.
- Series testing values/machine health monitoring set up.
- Documents prepare (e.g. work instruction, testing planning).
- Training to planners and shopfloor employees for test system.
- Diagnosis process and method definition and implementation in shopfloor.
- Leading systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS).
- Leading TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) for testing machines in cooperation with shopfloor.
- Leading CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performance.
- Support and coaching projects about testing technology from shopfloor.
- Regularly participate IPN testing technology discussion w/ BU/plants.
- Sharing best practices within IPN and implementation in plant accordingly.
- Lead and support implementation of testing technology engineering change request.
- Organize plant internal testing technology meeting with relevant departments.
- Other special task arranged by manager.
