- project management purchasing for CVS business, define target cost for new part, achieve the project KPI like cost, quality, time as well as capacity planning to fulfill customer requirements
服务CVS业务的项目采购，新项目新零件的目标价格的制定和实现，达成项目的各项重要指标如成本，质量，交期以及产能的规划来满足最终客户的要求
- Managing platforms as well as customer projects from innovation phase till end of production.
负责平台项目和客户项目从项目最初的创建直至产品中止的全过程
- Plans and participate the Pre-Sourcing and Sourcing meeting.
计划并参与项目预定点和最终定点
- In charge of Change management for purchased parts and technical cost saving activities(RPP).
负责采购件的工程变更管理及技术降本（RPP）
- Lead commercial agreement with suppliers for Early Production Containment as well as run@rate
牵头达成项目前期导入管理和run@rate的相关协议和要求
