Overall responsibility of controlling topics in RBHP, covering controlling.
- Overall RBHP responsible for finance and controlling area to achieve Top KPIs.
- Actively understand, exchange and support RBHP strategy & business requirements.
- Develop and lead the implementation of RBHP finance and controlling strategy.
- Monitor/analyze commercial topics and provide insights for RBHP management team for decision making.
- Build and maintain good communication and cooperation with the stakeholders in RBHP and PS&EM global.
- Develop team towards a high efficient, digital/automated and motivated organization.
